  All food supplied by us will be vegetarian. For any special requirements please contact us. For those who feel that their body may cease to function without meat for a few days we will turn a blind eye if you feel compelled to go hunting! You will need to supply your own spears, nets and shovels. However, you will be required to prepare and cook your own food outside of the kitchen at the centre.

  There will be no alcohol during the programme. We appreciate a drink as well as the next person and we have found that drinking does not benfit this process in any way. Father Ted fans will appreciate the potential pitfalls of those, like Father Jack, who like the odd drink when transformative processes are underway!  Anyone wishing to join us for a drink may do so on completion of the workshop.

  - sun hat (especially for zakynthos workshops)

  - sun glasses
